Drink of the Week: Bikini Martini

With temperatures almost hitting 30 ˚C, Toronto has really sprung forward to summer! Let the Bikini Martini’s vivid blue colour take you to a hot beach and cool you down with its taste. The lemon zest will be sure to keep you fresh! Girls, this martini is probably the best accessory of the season!


3 ounces Bombay Sapphire gin
A squeeze of fresh lime juice
2 tbsp Blue Curacoa
1 tbsp peach schnapps
1 tsp confectioners’ sugar or one packet of Equal
Lemon zest for garnish


Fill half a martini shaker with ice and add gin, lime juice, Curacao, schnapps and sugar.  Shake well for a minimum of 30 seconds. Pour the mixture through a strainer into a martini glass and garnish with lemon zest.  Oh, baby!
